Her day of coordinating team did an amazing job ensuring the day went smoothly and was filled with fun! They had to do a flip indoors due to the rain, and thanks to her team that transition went perfect. Cassidy was such a joy to work with for our wedding. We chose her Coordination package and it was perfect for us. Having the monthly calls and her taking over vendor communication that last month was so so helpful. She answered all my questions leading up to the day and also was so helpful with add-on rentals that I ended up renting through her (like table cloths)! Hiring Cassidy was the best decision we made for our wedding, she was such a calm and organized presence the day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We originally hired Cassidy as a day-of coordinator, but felt like so much more than just a day of coordinator. We had monthly meetings/ check-in’s, she built a detailed timeline for the day of, and stayed in close communication with our vendors to make sure everything was in place. Her organization and expertise are on another level 💯
As someone very Type A, I’m used to handling everything myself, but Cassidy made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was taken care of. She thought of every little detail (she even made sure the guys took their phones out of their pockets for photos 🤣) and kept everything running flawlessly. She set up our décor beautifully, coordinated every moving part, and handled breakdown afterward. If anything went sideways behind the scenes, I had no idea because she took care of it seamlessly.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it. Do not put the burden of managing vendors and set-up/ breakdown on yourself, your family, or your friends, it adds unnecessary stress to what should be a joyful day. Hiring Cassidy was one of the best investments we made for our wedding, and was affordable for my budget too!
If you’re getting married in East Tennessee and want someone who is calm, capable, and incredibly detail-oriented, I highly, highly recommend Cassidy. She was an absolute rockstar!

Do you want to go into your wedding knowing everything will be taken care of and you can just enjoy your special day and all your hard work leading up to it??? Hire Cassidy. She is so much fun to work with and she truly surpassed all my expectations. I'm an anxious person, so it was great to trust her with all the stuff we had planned and be able to actually enjoy my wedding. Our guests were also blown away with how great her service was. My married friends were also amazed given they didn't have someone as great as her looking after them for their wedding. Hands down our best investment of the day because of how smoothly everything went. You will NOT regret hiring her. Can't recommend her enough!

Cassidy at More & Most Weddings was everything I could have hoped for in a wedding coordinator and so much more. From the moment she arrived, she brought a calming, confident presence that made the day feel less chaotic and more joyful. She kept everything on time without ever making us feel rushed, handled every little detail seamlessly, and truly went above and beyond in ways we’ll never forget, like stepping in to be a content creator when our videographer bailed last minute and changing to the rain plan like it was the easiest most nonchalant thing in the world. Her husband, who assisted her throughout the day, was also incredible—they were a total dream team and even helped bring the party to life at the end of the night! The only downside to having a perfect wedding day is realizing I only get to work with Cassidy once. If you’re on the fence—just book her. You’ll be so glad you did.
